Ecolibrium Energy Pvt. Ltd. (“Ecolibrium” or the “Company”) is an early stage company providing a technology platform to monitor and control electricity usage for commercial and industrial customers, thereby achieving energy efficiency, with plans to extend to power grid infrastructure management and renewable project energy monitoring. The Company is incubated by a leading Indian business school, Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad’s business incubator Center for Innovation, Incubation & Entrepreneurship (“CIIE”) under Renewable Energy Research, an endeavor by CIIE and Ministry of New and Renewable Energy, Government of India (“MNRE”). The Company began operations in August 2010 and currently has 15 employees. The Company is looking to raise equity capital to expand its presence in the energy efficiency space by strengthening its product capabilities and reaching out to a larger customer base.
